Mentorship Circle

About

The IPAC Mentorship Circle is hosted by the professional mentoring software platform Pushfar. It is a place where Indigenous medical students, residents, and physicians can connect with each other as mentees or mentors and share in the spirit of medical education. Mentees are free to choose whether they want a one-time mentoring session or an ongoing mentor-mentee relationship. After setting up a profile, mentors and mentees are invited to set goals and communicate with their matches. IPAC hosts various mentorship events throughout the year, in-person and virtually, so our valued members can connect with their peers and learn from each other as they navigate their journeys in medicine.

Requirements

Mentees and mentors must be an IPAC member in good standing in order to register for an IPAC Mentorship Circle account.
