Indigenous Medical Students’ Association of Canada

A community founded by Indigenous medical students from across Canada and designed specifically for Indigenous medical students. IMSAC uses a ‘Leadership Circle’, as opposed to a hierarchical structure, and seeks to create a national association that will act as a safe space for Indigenous medical students across Canada to build community, work together on advocacy, and increase Indigenous representation.
