2026 T-Shirt Design
This year’s Annual Mentorship Gathering t-shirt design was created by Laney Beaulieu, a medical student at the Schulich School of Medicine who is Dene and Métis. Laney’s artwork thoughtfully weaves together the Thunderbird and the outline of Anemki Wajiw (Thunder Mountain), paying homage to the local First Nation and the land that will hold us during the Gathering.
This t-shirt will be available to all registered participants of the IPAC 2026 Annual Mentorship Gathering.

IPAC Annual Mentorship Gathering and AGM – Two-Eyed Seeing in Land, Health, & Culture
June 6–8, 2025
This vibrant gathering in Misâskwatômina (Saskatoon), Saskatchewan, held at the University of Saskatchewan, brought together Indigenous physicians, Indigenous medical students, and allies for three days of meaningful connections, inspiring conversations, and community strengthening.

IPAC Annual Mentorship Gathering and AGM – Planetary Health: Our Land, Our Medicine
July 6–9, 2023
The annual mentorship gathering and AGM took place in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This was an opportunity for Indigenous medical students, residents, and physicians, whether current or prospective members, to come together to share stories of their academic paths, build their networks, and enjoy cultural activities. We acknowledge that we met on the ancestral lands of the Métis people, Treaty 1 territory.
PRIDoC 2022 – Connecting with the Spirit of the Land
July 10–15, 2022
The Indigenous Physicians Association of Canada (IPAC) hosted the 10th biennial Pacific Region Indigenous Doctors of Canada (PRIDoC) conference from July 10 to 15, 2022, in Vancouver, British Columbia. The event was held on the unceded traditional territories of the Coast Salish peoples: the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations. PRIDoC is an Indigenous-led space for Indigenous physicians, residents, medical students, health researchers, healthcare professionals, and allies. We come together around shared concerns related to the health and wellness of Indigenous communities and nations across the Pacific region.
Photos from this event are available on the PRIDoC 2022 Facebook page.
