Urgent Care Centres (UCCs) are an important addition to healthcare services in Saskatchewan, providing timely care for patients with urgent but non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. These centres are supported by multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and mental health professionals.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care for urgent, non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries 
• Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and treatments in a fast-paced environment 
• Provide immediate care for mental health and addictions concerns 
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team 
• Contribute to improving patient access, quality of care, and service delivery 

Qualifications:

• Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan
