Protocols at PRIDoC 2024 on Kaurna Country:
Please download the document outlining the cultural protocols for PRIDoC 2024 on Kaurna Country, which includes important information on Welcome to Country, Acknowledgement of Country, and the PRIDoC 2024 Acknowledgement. It also provides guidance on the proper pronunciation of words, the significance of Kaurna Lands, and the respectful inclusion of Elders throughout the event.

How to Claim Continuing Professional Development Credits:
AIDA will be providing all delegates with certificates of attendance after the conference.
NOTE: You will need to scan into session for the hours to be reflected on your certificate of attendance.

RCPC
RCPC members can claim the activity under section 1 : Group learning – Conference and they will earn 1 credit per hour. They can contact the services center at 1-800-461-9598 with questions or concerns.

CFPC

As Medical Director at Lu’ma Medical Centre, Dr. Dumont blends traditional Indigenous and Western medicine with a two-eyed seeing approach. He partners with Musqueam First Nation for on-reserve care and represents 8 Indigenous-led clinics as spokesperson for the First Nations and Aboriginal Primary Care Network. 🩺🌿

The IPAC Board of Directors and Executive Director Melanie Osmack were honoured to be invited to a significant milestone celebration in Quebec. 🎓✨ The four medical schools in Quebec— @ulaval, @mcgillu, @umontreal, and @usherbrooke —gathered to celebrate the 100th medical student in the Quebec Indigenous Pathways Program!

We extend our gratitude to @albertadoctors, the @ontariosdoctors, and @novascotiahealthauthorrity for their generous support, which made our Board’s participation in this momentous event possible.
